How do you stay healthy?

 
As important as physical exercise is to aging well, he said the most critical determinant to healthy aging is the quality of our relationships.
 
“Loving relationships are key to thriving longevity.” 
 

I genuinely believe this is the key to longevity and relationships building positivity, goal orientated, happiness, full of gratitude, more adventures, simple life gestures, and a good morning hug!

I took this Quiz at almost 63 and took four years off my age, which calculated my age @ 58. 

That seems fair. However, there were no deductions for my organic super green drink, my super organic fiber, my fulvic mineral, or my natural detox, pure body extra. 

I would give myself another -2 and put my age at 56. I use all whole organic food, and I only wish I had started this healthy aging in my forties and not in my fifties.

Aging well takes focus and consistent habits in our daily routines to succeed in our later years. 

Staying healthy and feeling our best is important at my age; now more than ever, our bodies need the nutritional gaps and the power of removing toxins and heavy metals.
